Foundry /Pricing & model

One setup.
Then revshare.

You pay once to cast your casino. After launch, the engine takes an agreed percentage of GGR — we only earn when your casino does. No seats, no tiers, no meters.

01 · The model

Two numbers. That's the whole contract.

A one-time setup fee casts the casino: your theme, a dedicated server and database, payments wired, launch. A monthly revenue share of GGR keeps it running: hosting, updates, support, every module.

The rate is set per market and volume, fixed in the contract — and recomputed against your P&L daily, in the open.
Aligned by design. Slow month — small invoice. You scale 10× — we scale with you, same percentage.
Nothing metered. No per-admin seats, no feature unlocks, no traffic caps. All 50 screens in every deal.

02 · What's in the deal

If it's engine-side, it's on us.

We bring
The engine — all 50 back-office screens
Dedicated server & database
24/7 running, monitoring, incident response
Continuous updates — features land as they ship
Anti-fraud & risk tooling
CRM: push, email, SMS, Telegram
Referrals & affiliate portal
House games + 40 provider studios
CMS with per-locale content
Compliance tooling: KYC flows, audit log, RG
You bring
Your brand and content
Your license — we advise on scope
Traffic and marketing budget
Market knowledge — it's your audience

That's the whole split. If a cost sits on the engine side of the line, you won't see it on an invoice.

03 · The alternatives

Build it, rent a script, or cast it.

The honest comparison we walk every prospect through. All three can work — they just cost different things at different times.

Building in-house makes sense past a scale most operators never reach. Renting a script is cheap until fraud, downtime or the landlord's terms cost you a market. Casting on Foundry is the middle path: your brand and players, our engine and ops.

04 · Commercial FAQ

The questions every deal starts with.

What exactly is the revshare taken from?

A fixed percentage of GGR — bets minus wins — agreed in the contract. The P&L screen recomputes it daily against the same numbers you see, so the invoice is never a surprise.

How much is the setup fee?

It depends on markets, payment mix and how deep the brand work goes. It's fixed after the brief — tell us the market and expected volume, and you get a concrete number the same day.

Are game-provider and payment fees included?

Provider royalties and PSP fees pass through at cost and show up itemized in your P&L. The revshare covers the engine and everything we run — we don't mark up other people's invoices.

When do we start paying revshare?

From go-live, on real GGR only. Nothing accrues while you're theming, testing or waiting on a license — the meter starts when your players do.

Who owns the players and the data?

You do. Your casino runs on its own server with its own database. If you ever leave, you export the player base and the history — it's written into the contract, not a promise.

Any limits hiding in the fine print?

No admin seats, no feature tiers, no traffic or player caps. Every deal ships all 50 back-office screens and every module — anti-fraud, CRM, affiliates, CMS, the lot.
